Kepala Kepolisian Resor Badung AKBP Teguh Priyo Wasono, SIK merelese pengungkapan kasus oplosan dari isian tabung gas 3 kilogram ke 12 kilogram. Terungkapnya kasus ini lantaran adanya laporan dari masyarakat yang curiga dengan isian 12 kilogram di jual jauh dibawah harga yang telah di tentukan pemerintah.

Tersangka Sunarto menunjukkan cara mengoplos isi tabung 3 kilogram ke 12 kilogram pada saat relese di loby Polres Badung, Bali. Kamis, (25/5) siang 14.00 wita.

Kapolres Badung menjelaskan kronologis penangkapan pelaku yakni dengan melakukan penyelidikan terkait laporan masyarakat. Tidak lama dari laporan tersebut Satreskrim Polres Badung menemukan mobil pick-up mengangkut tabung LPG melintas di Jalan Raya Kapal-Lukluk, Mengwi, Rabu (17/5). Kemudian di buntuti dan dihentikan, ketika di tanya surat-surat tidak bisa menunjukkan nota pembelian resmi dari SPBE. kemudian mengamankan Sunarto (47) atau pelaku yang terduga melakukan pengoplosan.

“Kita cegat pelaku dan dia mengakui tabung gas isian 12 kg adalah hasil oplosan. Dan Pelaku melakukan pengeplosan di tempat tinggalnya, di wilayah Desa Apuan, Baturiti, Tabanan,” Terang Kapolres.

“Mengoplos isi tabung 3 kilogram ke 12 kilogram. Kita ketahui bersama tabung 3 kilogram adalah subsidi,” Imbuh Kapolres Badung AKBP Teguh Priyo Wasono

Satreskrim Polres Badung masih melakukan pengembangan ke rumah tersangka dan saat penggeledahan di rumah pelaku, petugas menemukan barang bukti yaitu 13 bungkus tutup tabung LPG 12 kilogram, alat congkel karet, satu bungkus karet tabung LPG, pisau, 24 buah stik besi dipakai memindahkan isi LPG, 108 tabung LPG 3 kilogram, 35 buah tabung LPG 12 kilogram dan mobil.

“Pelaku mengaku melakukan aksi tersebut untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar. Sehari pelaku mengoplos 24 tabung 12 kilogram. Tiap tabung itu pelaku mendapat untung Rp 39 ribu dan total keuntungannya Rp 936 ribu,” tutupnya. (Red/TN)
