Blahbatuh, Rabu (13/5/2026) Kodim 1616/Gianyar terus memperkuat peran pembinaan teritorial dalam menjaga stabilitas wilayah dan memperkokoh kemanunggalan TNI dengan rakyat. Salah satu langkah nyata diwujudkan melalui kegiatan responden dalam rangka mendukung kegiatan Asistensi Teknis (Asnis) Garis Bintahwil tentang Kondisi Sosial Masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Gianyar yang dilaksanakan di Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Desa Buruan, Kecamatan Blahbatuh, Kabupaten Gianyar.

Kegiatan tersebut menjadi bagian penting dalam upaya TNI AD, khususnya melalui fungsi pembinaan teritorial, untuk memahami dinamika sosial masyarakat secara langsung sebagai dasar dalam menentukan langkah pembinaan wilayah yang tepat, efektif, dan menyentuh kebutuhan masyarakat.

Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Kolonel Inf. Tumpal Mangasa Tanjung, S.Sos selaku Pamen Ahli Bidang Pengtek Pusterad, Dandim 1616/Gianyar Letkol Kav. Rizal Wijaya, S.H., M.I.P., Mayor Inf. Endri Misnardi selaku Kasi Giokonsos Bagkomsis dan RTRW Subdit Bintahwil Sdirtet Pusterad, para Perwira Staf Kodim 1616/Gianyar meliputi Pasi Intel, Pasi Ops, dan Pasi Ter, para Danramil jajaran yakni Danramil 01/Gianyar, Danramil 03/Tampaksiring, Danramil 04/Blahbatuh, Danramil 06/Sukawati, dan Danramil 07/Payangan, serta para Bati dan perwakilan Babinsa jajaran Kodim 1616/Gianyar sebanyak 36 orang.

Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, para peserta mengikuti pendalaman materi serta pengumpulan data terkait kondisi sosial masyarakat di wilayah binaan masing-masing. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata mengenai perkembangan situasi sosial, budaya, ekonomi, dan potensi wilayah yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitas dan ketahanan wilayah di Kabupaten Gianyar.

“Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan seluruh aparat teritorial mampu meningkatkan kemampuan deteksi dini serta memahami perkembangan kondisi sosial masyarakat sehingga dapat mendukung terciptanya situasi wilayah yang aman, kondusif, dan harmonis,” ujarnya.

Kegiatan berlangsung dengan penuh semangat, interaktif, dan menjadi momentum memperkuat sinergi antar aparat kewilayahan dalam mendukung tugas pembinaan teritorial di wilayah Kabupaten Gianyar. (Red/TN)
