Guna menekan angka inflasi menjelang perayaan hari raya Natal dan Tahun Baru Pemkot Denpasar melalui Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Denpasar menggelar Pasar Murah yang bertempat di Pertokoan Kerta Wijaya, Jalan Diponegoro, Dauh Puri, Kecamatan Denbar, pada Kamis, (14/12).

“Pelaksanaan Pasar Murah ini rutin kami laksanakan di Kota Denpasar menjelang perayaan Hari Raya Natal dan Tahun Baru 2024,” ujar Kadis Perindag Kota Denpasar, Ni Nyoman Sri Utari.

Lebih lanjut dikatakannya, yang mana pasar murah ini akan dilaksanakan menyasar desa/kelurahan dan wilayah yang rawan terjadinya inflasi di Kota Denpasar dengan tujuan agar dapat menekan angka inflasi yang terjadi menjelang perayaan Hari Natal dan Tahun Baru.

Dan adapun komoditi yang dijual dalam pasar murah ini seperti Beras, Gula, Kopi, Tepung, Cabai, Bawang merah, Bawang putih, Minyak Goreng, Gas LPG 3Kg, dan bahan pokok lainnya. Selain itu ada juga beberapa UMKM lokal di wilayah setempat yang tergabung dalam bazar pangan ini.

“Tentu dengan pelaksanaan Pasar Murah ini masyarakat dapat mendapatkan komoditi dengan harga yang relatif lebih murah dibanding dipasaran pada umumnya. Dan kami berharap masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan moment ini untuk mendapatkan harga bahan pokok yang relatif lebih murah,” pungkas Sri Utari.
