TARGETNUSA.COM, Gianyar – Kodim 1616/Gianyar bekerjasama dengan Distan Kabupaten Gianyar melaksanakan panen padi perdana jenis Hibrida Intani 602 dan 301, di area Subak Belong, Desa Pejeng Kaja, Kecamatan Tampaksiring, Rabu (23/10).

Pelaksanaan panen padi perdana diawali dengan acara sosialisasi produk unggulan berupa jagung dan padi di Aula BPP Kecamatan Tampaksiring yang dihadiri Perwakilan PT BISI Internasional Tbk., I Ketut Nata, dari unsur Pemkab Gianyar hadir Kadistan Kabupaten Gianyar I Made Raka beserta jajaranya serta Dandim 1616/ Gianyar Letkol Kav Asep Noer Rokhmat S.E., beserta jajaran yang diikuti pula Para Pekaseh se Kabupaten Gianyar serta ratusan anggota Subak Belong.

Penyampaian Dandim1616/Gianyar pada sosialisasi tersebut, kegiatan panen padi perdana ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka mendukung program pemerintah yang bekerja sama dengan TNI dan sebagai leading sektor Dinas Pertanian untuk melakukan uji coba produk unggulan serta pengawasan serta memonitor pelaksanan kegiatan pertanian untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih bagus untuk menuju swasembada pangan dan ketahanan pangan.

Inovasi-inovasi sangat penting dilakukan sebagai upaya memperoleh terobosan baru guna meningkat hasil produksi.

“Kodim 1616/Gianyar siap mendukung dengan mengerahkan unsur Babinsa untuk mendampingi para petani”, ungkap Dandim.

Pada pelaksanaan panen perdana di Subak Belong ini digunakan sistem pengubinan dengan ukuran 2,5 meter x 2,5 meter dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil perkiraan produksi seluas 16 Hektare.

“Dengan jenis padi unggulan Hibrida Intani 301 dan pengubinan luas yang sama diperoleh hasil 8 ton sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasilnya tergolong tinggi”, ujar Kadistan Kabupaten Gianyar I Made Raka.

Made Raka juga mengharapkan kedepannya supaya hubungan Dinas Pertanian Gianyar dengan Kodim 1616/GianyarI tetap kokoh, bersinergi dalam mendukung program pemerintah yaitu peningkatan hasil pertanian menuju swasembada pangan. (Target)
