Iswandi Arfan, warga Kabupaten Bogor, mengalami sendiri bagaimana proses pengukuran hingga penerbitan Peta Bidang Tanah (PBT) yang sebelumnya dapat berlangsung hingga berbulan-bulan kini bisa diselesaikan jauh lebih cepat.

“Jadi untuk PBT awalnya bisa 6-8 bulan. Sekarang beberapa hari sudah selesai karena memang dari proses Pengukuran Terjadwalnya cepat,” ujar Iswandi Arfan, warga Kabupaten Bogor, saat mengambil hasil PBT di Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) Kabupaten Bogor I

Bagi Iswandi Arfan, kemudahan lain yang dirasakan sejak adanya Pengukuran Terjadwal adalah pemohon dapat mengetahui tanggal pelaksanaan pengukuran sejak awal. Hal tersebut membuat proses pengurusan lebih mudah dipantau dan masyarakat jadi memperoleh gambaran alur waktu yang lebih jelas.

“Saya senang karena memang bisa lihat tanggal ukurnya dan sebagainya, jadi lebih akurat, jadi saya sangat mendukung sekali program ini,” tutur Iswandi Arfan.

Ia berharap, layanan tersebut dapat terus dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan sehingga waktu penyelesaian pengurusan PBT dan pengukuran terjadwal dapat semakin cepat. Iswandi Arfan juga menyarankan adanya penguatan sumber daya petugas pengukuran agar pelaksanaan layanan dapat berjalan lebih optimal.

Manfaat Pengukuran Terjadwal juga dirasakan di sisi Timur Indonesia, yakni di Kota Kupang. Salah satunya yang mendapatkan manfaat cepatnya layanan pertanahan adalah Yeri Prati.

“Hasilnya (Pengukuran Terjadwal) tepat waktu dan saya kira hendaknya Kantah Kota Kupang telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik,” tutur Yeri Prati.

Menurut Yeri Prati, ketepatan waktu tersebut menunjukkan pelaksanaan layanan Pengukuran Terjadwal di Kantah Kota Kupang telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini menjadi bagian penting dalam memberikan kejelasan kepada masyarakat selama proses pengurusan pertanahan. (RED/TN/LS/JR)
