Aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku menjadi salah satu sarana digital yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk mengakses berbagai informasi dan layanan pertanahan tanpa harus selalu datang ke Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah). Rido Oktavianto (26), warga dari Jakarta Pusat, mengaku telah menggunakan aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku saat mengurus keperluan pertanahan.

“Saya sering pakai juga Sentuh Tanahku kalau lagi urus tanah,” ujar Rido Oktavianto saat ditemui di Kantah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (28/08/2026).

Rido Oktavianto mengatakan, fitur Antrian Daring menjadi salah satu yang sering digunakan untuk mendapatkan nomor antrean sebelum datang ke Kantah. Fitur tersebut membantu dirinya mempersiapkan kunjungan ke Kantah sehingga proses layanan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih teratur.

Selain sering menggunakan Antrian Daring, Rido Oktavianto juga memanfaatkan fitur Cari Berkas untuk memantau perkembangan permohonan yang baru ia ajukan. Informasi tersebut membuatnya tidak perlu datang ke Kantah hanya untuk menanyakan status berkas.

Untuk kebutuhan pengecekan bidang tanah, Rido Oktavianto memanfaatkan fitur Cari Bidang untuk mengetahui lokasi bidang tanah yang dimaksud. “Kita kan kalau mau pengecekan harus tahu dulu bidang tanahnya di mana, jadi sering pakai fitur Cari Bidang,” tuturnya.

Bagi Rido Oktavianto, keberadaan fitur-fitur dalam Sentuh Tanahku membuat sebagian kebutuhan saat mengurus pertanahan dapat dilakukan melalui sarana digital. Ia berharap, kendala teknis yang masih sesekali ditemui dapat terus diperbaiki agar penggunaan aplikasi semakin lancar.

“Sentuh Tanahku sudah bagus. Kadang ambil antrean error, cuma di situ sih, selebihnya bagus, kita bisa manfaatkan,” pungkas Rido Oktavianto. (RED/TN/LS/SV)
