Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Tata Ruang Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Suyus Windayana, menekankan pentingnya percepatan pengesahan Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) Wilayah Perencanaan (WP) AeroCity Kota Banjarbaru Tahun 2025–2045. Ia menilai, RDTR ini strategis untuk mendukung kepastian investasi dan kemudahan berusaha.

“RDTR WP AeroCity Kota Banjarbaru diharapkan dapat segera diselesaikan dan diintegrasikan dengan sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Dengan begitu, proses perizinan elektronik, khususnya konfirmasi Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang (KKPR), dapat dipercepat dan diselesaikan hanya dalam satu hari,” ujar Suyus Windayana saat membuka Rapat Koordinasi Lintas Sektor (Rakor Linsek) di Jakarta, Senin (25/08/2025).

Ia juga meminta perwakilan kementerian dan lembaga yang hadir dalam Rakor Linsek agar memberikan masukan dalam penyempurnaan RDTR WP AeroCity Banjarbaru. “Hal ini akan meningkatkan kualitas dokumen RDTR yang akan ditetapkan,” tutur Dirjen Tata Ruang.

Wali Kota Banjarbaru, Erna Lisa Halaby, mengungkapkan bahwa kawasan AeroCity direncanakan menjadi motor pertumbuhan ekonomi baru. “Pengembangannya akan ditunjang oleh konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD) dengan dukungan Bandar Udara Internasional Syamsudin Noor, jaringan kereta api, dan jalan tol. Selain itu, Banjarbaru juga telah ditetapkan sebagai Ibu Kota Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2022 sehingga peran kawasan ini menjadi semakin strategis,” jelasnya.

Erna Lisa Halaby berharap, RDTR WP AeroCity Banjarbaru dapat memberi kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) serta mendukung visi pembangunan Kota Banjarbaru 2025-2029, yaitu terwujudnya “Banjarbaru Emas” (Elok, Maju, Adil, dan Sejahtera).

Rakor Linsek ini digelar oleh Direktorat Jenderal Tata Ruang melalui Direktorat Bina Perencanaan Tata Ruang Daerah Wilayah I, dengan sesi diskusi dan penyampaian masukan dari berbagai kementerian/lembaga. Dalam sesi diskusi yang dimoderatori oleh Direktur Bina Perencanaan Tata Ruang Daerah Wilayah I, Rahma Julianti ini, turut hadir Pejabat Fungsional Penata Ruang Ahli Utama di lingkungan Ditjen Tata Ruang.
