Hendro Pariyono (33)tahun diamankan Satuan Reskrim Polresta Denpasar pada Kamis, 16 September 2021, di tempat Kosnya Jl. Pura Masceti No. 5 Gianyar.

Hendro Pariyona ditangkap karena kasus pencurian dengan modus congkel jok sepeda motor. Saat ditangkap dari, polisi menemukan barang bukti berupa 9 buah kunci palsu dan obeng kecil dari tangan pelaku.

Penangkapan bermula ketika polisi dari Satreskrim Polresta Denpasar menerima laporan dari seorang mahasiswi bernama Intan Khofifah Yulinar (19).

Korban mengatakan, kejadian bermula ketika ia menaruh handphone di jok sepeda motor dan ditinggal berolahraga di Lapangan Puputan Badung, Kamis (9/9/2021) sekitar pukul 18.00 Wita.

Usai olahraga korban hendak pulang. Saat membuka jok untuk mengambil handphone, korban kesulitan sehingga korban membuka paksa jok motor. Di sana korban baru sadar jika handphone miliknya telah hilang.

Menurut Kasat Reskrim Polresta Denpasar Kompol Mikael Hutabarat, S.IK., MH. pelaku sudah beraksi di 17 (tujuh belas) TKP wilayah Denpasar dan Gianyar.

“Pengakuan pelaku saat ditangkap sudah beraksi di 17 TKP dengan barang bukti sebagian besar Handphone dan dompet korban,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polresta Denpasar Mikael Hutabarat.

Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan dari pelaku berupa 1Unit SPM Honda Scoopy Warna hitam DK 2624 CBE digunakan oleh Pelaku, 3 buah HP, 9 buah kunci SPM Palsu,1 buah Obeng,1 buah BPKB SPM dan 3 buah STNK SPM.

Pelaku diancam dengan Pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancam pidana penjara paling lama tujuh tahun. Kini pelaku mendekam di sel tahanan Polresta Denpasar sambil menggu proses lebih lanjut. (Red-TN)
