TARGETNUSA.Com,Mojokerto – Kamis (30/8/18) telah dilaksanakan Rapat Koordinasi Satgas Saber Pungli Kab.Mojokerto dalam rangka hasil Asistensi UPP Saber Pungli Provinsi Jawa Timur, bertempat di Aula Inspektorat Kab.Mojokerto Jl.RA.Basoeni Kec.Sooko Kab.Mojokerto. Dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Mojokerto AKBP Leonardus Simarmata S.Sos S.I.K MH. Selaku Dewan Pembina.

Sebagaimana diketahui Presiden RI Ir.Joko Widodo pada 20 Oktober 2016 telah menandatangani Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 87 Tahun 2016 tentang Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar, yang selanjutnya Perpres inilah yang menjadi dasar hukum Satgas Saber Pungli.

Kapolres Mojokerto menjelaskan bahwa, “Menurut Perpres ini, Satgas Saber Pungli mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pemberantasan pungutan liar secara efektif dan efisien dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan personil, satuan kerja, dan sarana prasarana, baik yang berada di kementerian/lembaga maupun pemerintah daerah”. Ungkap AKBP Leo kepada para peserta Rakor.

Kapolres Mojokerto juga menambahkan bahwa, “Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, Satgas Saber Pungli terbagi dalam 4 fungsi yakni menyelenggarakan fungsi Intelijen, fungsi Pencegahan, fungsi Penindakan dan fungsi Yustisi. Disamping itu satgas saber pungli ini juga merupakan gabungan dari berbagai instansi. Untuk itu diharapkan semua instansi pemerintahan bersinergi guna mengupayakan wilayah Kabupaten Mojokerto bebas Korupsi”. (Target/Dwa)
