Pelayanan Tanah Akhir Pekan (PELATARAN) tetap berjalan selama bulan Ramadan. Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) memastikan masyarakat tetap dapat mengurus sertipikat tanah dan layanan pertanahan lainnya pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu di tengah penyesuaian jam kerja selama bulan suci.

“Perlu kami sampaikan, di bulan suci Ramadan masyarakat yang ingin memanfaatkan layanan pertanahan di hari Sabtu dan Minggu tetap kami layani seperti biasa lewat PELATARAN,” ujar Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) dan Protokol Kementerian ATR/BPN, Shamy Ardian, saat ditemui di Kementerian ATR/BPN, Jakarta, Jumat (20/02/2026).

Saat ini, PELATARAN hanya tersedia di 107 Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) yang tersebar di Indonesia. PELATARAN diadakan di Kantah yang berada di ibu kota provinsi, serta Kantah yang jumlah layanannya rata-rata di atas 2.000 berkas per bulan.

“Dengan adanya PELATARAN ini, masyarakat bisa mengurus tanahnya sendiri. Loket pelayanan dibuka untuk penerimaan permohonan layanan dan penyerahan produk layanan yang diajukan langsung oleh pemilik tanah, tanpa melalui kuasa,” jelas Shamy Ardian.

Layanan pertanahan di Sabtu dan Minggu akan dimulai pukul 08.00-12.00 waktu setempat. Kementerian ATR/BPN terus berkomitmen menghadirkan pelayanan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Selain dapat memanfaatkan PELATARAN, Shamy Ardian juga menginfokan bahwa masyarakat bisa mengakses berbagai kanal informasi resmi yang telah disediakan Kementerian ATR/BPN. Tersedia _Hotline_ WhatsApp Pengaduan di nomor 0811-1068-0000 serta aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku yang memuat beragam informasi dan fitur layanan pertanahan.

“Melalui berbagai kanal ini, kami berharap masyarakat semakin mudah mendapatkan informasi dan layanan pertanahan secara cepat, transparan, dan akuntabel,” pungkas Shamy Ardian. (Red/TN/LS/RS)
