Layanan pertanahan digital berupa aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku semakin banyak dimanfaatkan masyarakat. Elsa (40), warga Jakarta Barat sudah mengetahui waktu yang tepat kapan harus datang ke Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) untuk mengurus sertipikat tanahnya secara efisien berkat aplikasi buatan Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN).

“Saya datang ke sini karena sebelumnya ada notifikasi di aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku yang menyatakan sertipikat sudah selesai dan bisa diambil. Makanya saya manfaatkan libur untuk datang ke Kantah,” ujar Elsa di Kantah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, Jumat (26/12/2025).

Elsa mengaku telah menggunakan aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku sekitar satu bulan terakhir. Awalnya, ia mengetahui aplikasi tersebut saat bertanya mengenai pengurusan tanah di Kantah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Sejak itu, ia mulai memanfaatkan berbagai fitur yang tersedia, mulai dari antrean online hingga pengecekan berkas.

“Sudah pakai antrean online, cek berkas, karena kebetulan saya juga bantu keluarga mengurus beberapa sertipikat di beberapa daerah, termasuk di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Aplikasinya satu, jadi sangat membantu,” tutur Elsa.

Menurutnya, aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku memberikan kemudahan karena masyarakat dapat memantau status pengurusan berkas secara real time. Elsa bahkan mengibaratkan proses pemantauan tersebut seperti layanan transportasi daring yang memperlihatkan tahapan perjalanan.

“Statusnya kelihatan jelas, sekarang lagi di bagian apa, koordinasi di mana. Dari satu divisi ke divisi lain terasa cepat. Kita sebagai masyarakat jadi tahu berkasnya ada di mana. Jujur, lumayan amaze,” ucap Elsa

Pengalaman Elsa menjadi gambaran bahwa digitalisasi layanan pertanahan melalui aplikasi Sentuh Tanahku semakin dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat, khususnya dalam memberikan transparansi, kemudahan akses, dan kepastian informasi dalam pengurusan pertanahan. (Red/TN)
