Pada Rabu, 25 September 2025 telah dilaksanakan Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) di lingkungan Kantor Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Kabuaten Tabanan.

Ada empat Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) yang dulantik dan diambil sumpahnya. Acara pelantikan dilaksanakan di Aula Lantai III Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tabanan.

Acara tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tabanan, I Gede Ari Wahyudi S.Sit.,M.H., selaku Pejabat yang berwenang, dengan dihadiri para saksi, pejabat struktural, serta tamu undangan.

“Pelantikan ini menandai dimulainya tugas bagi empat pejabat yang akan melayani masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Tabanan,” tutur Gede Ari Wahyudi.

Berikut nama keempat PPAT yang dilantik. Putu Astika Yasa, S.H., M.Kn.,Komang Teja Pradnyana, S.H., M.Kn., Subhan Rolly Sahrial, S.H., M.Kn. dan I Putu Agus Adi Saputra, S.H., M.Kn.

Prosesi acara diawali dengan pembacaan surat keputusan tentang pengangkatan para PPAT, yang menjadi landasan hukum bagi jabatan barunya. Dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi pengambilan sumpah jabatan yang dipimpin oleh Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tabanan.

Keempat PPAT yang baru dilantik mengucapkan sumpah, berjanji untuk menjalankan tugas dan kewajiban mereka dengan penuh tanggung jawab sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, juga berkomitmen untuk senantiasa menjaga integritas profesi serta memberikan pelayanan pertanahan yang terbaik kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat di Kabupaten Tabanan.

Gede Ari Wahyudi selaki Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Tabanan berharap pelantikan ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan jangkauan layanan pertanahan, serta memberikan kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat dalam proses pembuatan akta tanah di wilayah Kabupaten Tabanan.(Red/TN)
