Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, menerima kunjungan dari Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN), Basuki Hadimuljono pada Selasa (31/12/2024) di Kementerian ATR/BPN, Jakarta. Pertemuan ini bertujuan untuk menyinkronkan dan membahas prosedur pengukuran tanah di wilayah IKN, khususnya untuk alokasi investor yang melibatkan kedua lembaga, yaitu Kementerian ATR/BPN dan Otorita IKN.

“Kita ingin menyinkronkan pengukuran tanah. Selama ini, OIKN sebagai pengelola aset dalam penggunaan (ADP) selalu melaksanakan pengukuran tanah demi mengalokasikannya bagi para investor. Tapi, setelah ada alokasi tanah, akan disertipikatkan dan diukur kembali oleh Kementerian ATR/BPN,” ujar Basuki Hadimuljono usai pertemuan dengan Menteri Nusron.

Dalam pertemuan tersebut, kedua pihak sepakat pengukuran tanah di wilayah IKN akan dilakukan oleh _certified surveyor_ yang kompeten. Langkah ini diambil agar pengukuran yang dilakukan hanya satu kali, namun dapat diakui oleh kedua lembaga tersebut sehingga menghindari duplikasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan IKN.

_Certified surveyor_ merupakan mitra kerja Kementerian ATR/BPN yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN Nomor 8 Tahun 2022. “Memang kewenangannya memang ada di (Kementerian) ATR/BPN. Nah, ini kami ingin menyatukan,” beber Basuki Hadimuljono.

Pengukuran tanah yang terstandarisasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan kokoh bagi pembangunan infrastruktur dan berbagai fasilitas yang mendukung keberhasilan IKN sebagai ibu kota yang baru.
