Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 117 juta bidang tanah telah berhasil didaftarkan dan yakin target program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) akan tercapai tahun ini. Hal tersebut disampaikan usai kegiatan Fun Run KAPTI-Agraria, di Sekolah Tinggi Pertanahan Nasional (STPN) Yogyakarta, Kabupaten Sleman, Minggu (01/09/2024).

“Per hari ini sekitar 117 juta bidang tanah yang telah didaftarkan PTSL secara nasional, dari target kita menyelesaikan sampai dengan akhir tahun 2024 ini 120 juta bidang tanah. Jadi bisa dikalkulasi sudah 97% dari target sampai dengan akhir tahun 2024,” ujar Menteri AHY.

Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN optimis target tersebut dapat tercapai dalam tiga bulan ke depan, meskipun proses pendaftaran tanah tidak selalu mudah dan memerlukan verifikasi menyeluruh. Ia pun mengingatkan pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengikuti program PTSL agar mendapatkan kepastian hukum atas hak atas tanahnya.

“Masyarakat punya kesadaran untuk mengikuti program PTSL tersebut agar masyarakat kita juga semua punya kepastian hukum atas tanah dengan memiliki sertipikat tanah yang asli, termasuk juga Sertipikat Tanah Elektroniknya,” tutur Menteri AHY.

Dengan dukungan masyarakat, diharapkan target sertipikasi tanah dapat tercapai dan memberikan kesejahteraan bagi rakyat Indonesia. “Insyaallah tercapai, maka tahun depan 2025 sebetulnya sisanya tinggal 6 juta bidang lagi, sekitar 6 juta bidang tanah yang akan kita kejar untuk pendaftarannya secara masif,” pungkas Menteri AHY.

Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN berkomitmen akan terus fokus pada percepatan sertipikasi tanah dan pemberantasan mafia tanah di sisa masa Pemerintahan Presiden Joko Widodo.

Turut mendampingi Menteri ATR/Kepala BPN dalam kesempatan ini, Ketua Umum Keluarga Alumni Pendidikan Tinggi Agraria (KAPTI-Agraria) dan Ketua STPN. Kegiatan Fun Run ini juga dihadiri para Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Madya dan Pratama di lingkungan Kementerian ATR/BPN; Anggota KAPTI-Agraria; serta masyarakat dan taruna STPN sebagai peserta Fun Run.
