Staf Ahli Menteri Bidang Penguatan Reformasi Birokrasi, Dr. Asep Kurnia melaksanakan kunjungan kerja ke Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Ngurah Rai, Senin (18/12). Kehadiran Staf Ahli Menteri Bidang Penguatan Reformasi Birokrasi yang didampingi oleh Kepala Divisi Keimigrasian, Barron Ichsan disambut langsung oleh Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Ngurah Rai, Suhendra

Tujuan utama kunjungan Asep Kurnia adalah memberikan penguatan dan arahan kepada seluruh jajaran untuk mengatasi serta mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan yang belakangan ini terjadi di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Ngurah Rai.

“Apa yang terjadi belakangan ini harus dijadikan momen untuk memperbaiki keadaan dan meningkatkan kinerja kita,” ungkap Asep Kurnia,

Staf Ahli Menteri meminta seluruh staf Kantor Imigrasi agar bersatu dalam visi untuk menghentikan kegiatan yang menyimpang dan fokus pada penyelesaian permasalahan yang ada.

“Penting bagi kita untuk bersama-sama menetapkan apakah kita akan melanjutkan perilaku yang menyimpang atau bersama-sama menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada,” tambahnya.

Asep Kurnia juga menyampaikan keprihatinannya terkait penyimpangan dalam melaksanakan tugas di TPI Bandara Ngurah Rai, yang berdampak negatif pada penilaian pembangunan Zona Integritas (ZI) di Kemenkumham RI.

Dalam konteks pencegahan korupsi, Asep Kurnia menyoroti teori G’ONE yang mencakup faktor keserakahan (*Greedy*), kesempatan (*Opportunities*), keinginan (*Need*), dan tindakan atau konsekuensi yang dihadapi (*Exposure*). Diakhir arahannya, Staf Ahli Menteri berharap agar seluruh pegawai dapat menjaga integritas dalam pelaksanaan tugas di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Ngurah Rai. (Red/TN)
