TargetNusa.Com – Seorang pemuda pengangguran berinisial AH (35) warga Tangki Tamansari Jakarta Barat, harus mendekam di sel tahanan Mapolsek Kembangan Polres Metro Jakarta Barat. Pasalnya, ia kedapatan mengedarkan narkotika jenis sabu di kawasan Wisma Persada, Jalan Mangga Besar, Mafhar, Taman sari Jakarta Barat.

Kapolsek Kembangan Kompol Egman Adnan SH mengatakan, penangkapan terhadap tersangka AH adanya informasi masyarakat di kawasan tersebut kerap dijadikan transaksi narkoba

Berbekal informasi yang diterima, Egman memerintahkan anggotanya menyelidiki informasi yang dimaksud

“Kami menangkap AH saat akan mengedarkan sabu di kawasan Wisma Persada,” Ujar Egman, Sabtu (04/08/18)

“Dari tangan tersangka, kami mengamankan barang bukti berupa lima paket shabu brutto 1,50 gram, 1 buah dompet kecil warna merah, satu buah timbangan tigital warna hitam bendel plastik klip, satu set alat hisap/bong, satu Unit HP Merk Andromax warna putih berikut sim card,” Tambah Dimitri

Dari keterangannya, kata Dimitri, tersangka AH mengedarkan barang haram untuk kehidupannya sehari-hari lantaran tidak punya pekerjaan tetap

“Apapun alasannya tetap tidak dibenarkan, tersangka akan kita jerat Pasal 114 ayat (1) Sub 112 ayat (1) UU RI No 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika,” Katanya. ( Target)
