TargetNusa.Com, Banyuwangi – Empat anggota Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Komite Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dibekuk SatResKrim Polres Bayuwangi lantaran kedapatan melakukan pemerasan.

Oknum LSM yang nama lembaganya mirip lembaga pemerintah ini, melakukan Pemerasan terhadap Agus Supriyadi (39) warga Kalipuro, Banyuwangi. TKP DI Jalan Yos Sudarso No 28, Kelurahan Klatak, Kecamatan Kalipuro Banyuwangi, Jum’at (11/5/2018).

Keempat oknum LSM yang diamankan Polisi adalah, SA (41), asal Kecamatan Kalipuro, Banyuwangi, NS (46), asal Kecamatan Mendoyo, Jembrana, IMP (50) dan IPAMP (24), warga Kecamatan Gerokgak, Buleleng, Bali. Kini, mereka menjalani pemeriksaan petugas Satreskrim Polres Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur. Sabtu, (12/5).

Kasat Reskrim Polres Banyuwangi, AKP Panji Pratistha mengungkapkan, komplotan aktivis LSM KPK ini dibekuk lantaran kedapatan melakukan aksi pemerasan terhadap Agus Supriyadi (39), warga Kalipuro, Banyuwangi.

“Penangkapan keempat anggota LSM ini bermula dari laporan korban Agus. Hasil laporan korban langsung kita proses, pihaknya melakukan pengintaian. Begitu tersangka melakukan aksi pemerasan kami langsung melakukan penyergapan”, jelas Panji Pratistha.

Selain ke empat pelaku, polisi juga mengamankan barang bukti berupa amplop warna putih berisi uang Rp 10 juta, yang diduga uang hasil pemerasan, 3 Kartu Tanda Anggota (KTA) dan 3 Surat Tugas Khusus, LSM KPK serta 1 unit mobil.

Kini pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 368 dan 378 junto pasal 55 KUHP dengan ancaman 9 tahun penjara. (Target)
